Super easy! If you like a hearty meal that’s easy to put together, this one is for you.
Using a slow cooker, put a 1-3lb pork roast with some basic seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, basil are my choices). Set on low for 6-8 hours
Slice a wedge from iceberg lettuce (yes, iceberg is healthy), and I used bean sprouts but you can add any other vegetable. Sprinkle real bleu cheese dressing on there.
A few hours before the roast is done, add red potatoes into the crockpot.
