There is emerging research showing that more blue light later in the day (which is sunlight and bright screens) can disrupt your sleep cycle. More of this light early in the day is a good thing. This makes sense, as we are programmed to the sun like your Alexa is connected to your amazon account. This 2 minute setting will help you sleep a tiny bit better without any extra effort.
