This version of the walkout adds in a lateral stretch, where you’ll get a lat or even a hip stretch. The walkout itself is great to teach core stability, shoulder stability, and get a little hamstring stretch. So on the way up and down, be sure to try and NOT move the hips and make the movement smooth. In between the exercise turn and rotate the hips and shift to one direction for the stretch. This is a great warmup before a workout but especially before golf. I do 3-5 before I would even hit the driving range before playing.
