Quick and easy!
Stonyfield Yogurt and Chocolate Peanut Butter
I will usually add a handful of raisins with it as well. Quick, relatively cheap, and delicious.
I have the cup of yogurt with fruit added, and 2 tablespoons of the chocolate peanut butter I just put on the rim of the cup and mix in. A small handful of raisins goes a long way.
The combination of the protein, fat, and fiber from the raisins keeps me full for about 5 hours. If I did the extra activity the day before, I add a larger handful of raisins and it keeps me full the same amount of time.
This comes back to what is the perfect meal. Keeps you full for long periods while being relatively low in energy (this one is under 500 calories) and is dense in vitamins and minerals. To me, this is perfect. Try for yourself!
